PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT FOR WOWSOUND.COM

Welcome to the website of WOW Sound. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which W.O.W Sound Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the wowsound.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by W.O.W Sound Pte. Ltd.

WHAT WE MAY COLLECT

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. 7. Elfsight – website widgets and embedded content (e.g. pricing tables, video and playlist showcases)

Security & Anti-Bot Services

We use third-party security and anti-bot services to protect our website, stores, and forms from spam, abuse, and automated access.

Sellfy (hCaptcha)
Our online store is hosted on Sellfy. Sellfy uses hCaptcha, a service provided by Intuition Machines, Inc., to protect forms and transactions from spam and automated abuse. hCaptcha may collect information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, and user interaction data in order to determine whether a visitor is a human. This data is processed for security and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with Intuition Machines’ Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

SourceAudio
We use SourceAudio for single-track and subscription purchases. SourceAudio may use security and anti-bot measures, including captcha technologies, to protect its services.

Any data collected through these measures is processed by SourceAudio or its service providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control how SourceAudio collects or processes this data.

If you do not want WOW Sound to collect or process your personal data, please do not submit it and if you have or you believe that we have data about you that is incorrect please write to support@wowsound.com and the information will be corrected as soon as possible or removed from our database as you request.
