I can’t download my files. What should I do?
All download links are automatically sent to your email. Please check your junk/spam folder and allow up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive. If it still doesn’t appear, email us your order details and we’ll resend the files.
How can I get my invoice or receipt?
For Game Audio Packs and Bundles, invoices can be downloaded directly from your account under order history. For single tracks or subscription purchases, please email us your order details and we’ll provide the invoice.
Can I re-download my purchased packs?
Game Audio Packs and Bundles can be re-downloaded anytime with no limits. For single tracks or subscription downloads, just email us and we’ll resend the links.
Can you help me pick sounds or music for my game?
Yes! You can email us or join our Discord channel to request playlists, tracks, or sound effects. Share your gameplay, genre, and up to five key events (e.g., battle, shop, main menu, gacha), and we’ll suggest the most fitting audio from our library.
Do you offer a free starter pack to try your sounds?
eYes! You can download our Free Starter Pack to test our audio quality before making a purchase.
